Reroll privacy policy
Last updated August 2026
In short: Reroll collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Your watchlist and settings stay on your device. Reroll talks to TMDB for film and show details, and to YouTube when you play a trailer.
Information we collect
None. Reroll doesn't collect, receive, send, sell or share any personal information, and we have no server that could receive it. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us.
What stays on your device
Reroll keeps the following only on the device you use it on:
- your watchlist
- the titles you marked as watched, with your progress through episodes
- titles you skipped or hid
- your filters and settings
- cached posters and images
This information never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings, or by uninstalling Reroll.
Third-party services
TMDB (The Movie Database). Reroll gets titles, posters, descriptions, ratings, release dates and where a title is streaming from the TMDB API. Your device connects to TMDB directly, so TMDB receives your IP address and basic details of each request. See the TMDB privacy policy.
YouTube. When you play a trailer, it comes from YouTube, which receives the same kind of request information. See the Google privacy policy.
Permissions
Reroll asks only for the internet permission, to fetch film and show details and to load trailers.
Children
Reroll isn't directed at children. It shows information about films and shows for adults, which may include mature content.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on request. For data held by TMDB or Google, please contact them directly.
Security
Since nothing is sent to us, there is no data of yours on our side to breach. Data on your device is protected by your device's own security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date, and the change will be mentioned in the release notes.
