Reroll terms of use

In short: Reroll is free and suggests films and shows to watch. It doesn't stream or provide any. Its information comes from TMDB and may be wrong, your data stays on your device, and the app comes without warranty.
These terms cover your use of Reroll, the mobile app published by TopicDev. By downloading, installing or using Reroll, you agree to them.
1. The app
Reroll suggests films and TV shows one at a time, and lets you keep a watchlist and mark titles as watched. It is free: there are no purchases, subscriptions, advertising or paid features. Reroll shows information about films and shows, but it doesn't stream, host, download or give access to any of them.
2. Licence
Reroll is free software, released under the GNU General Public License, version 3. You may use, share and change it under the terms of that licence. Getting Reroll from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Reroll unlawfully or in breach of any applicable law
- interfere with the third-party services it relies on, such as the TMDB API
- use it to scrape data or build a competing dataset
- remove or alter the attributions it shows
4. Third-party content and services
Film and show information comes from The Movie Database (TMDB), and trailers come from YouTube. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. TopicDev isn't affiliated with TMDB, YouTube, Google, any film studio or any streaming service.
We don't create, check, moderate or endorse this content, and its accuracy isn't guaranteed. Ratings, descriptions, release dates, runtimes and streaming availability come from a database maintained by its own contributors, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Suggestions are picked automatically and are not personal recommendations from us.
5. Your data
Reroll stores your watchlist, watched titles and preferences only on your device. We don't receive, hold or back up any of it. You're responsible for your own data: if you uninstall Reroll or clear its data, it is gone and can't be recovered. See the privacy policy.
6. No warranty
Reroll is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TopicDev isn't liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Reroll. As the app is free, any liability that can't be excluded is limited to zero.
8. Changes to the app and these terms
We may change, pause or discontinue Reroll at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the new version will be published here with a new date. Continuing to use Reroll after a change means you accept it.
9. Termination
Your right to use Reroll under these terms ends automatically if you break them, or when you uninstall the app. Sections 4, 6, 7 and 10 continue to apply afterwards.
